Training your team actually plays.
Ponte a Prueba is the gamified training platform for companies: turn your manuals, PDFs and images into team championships with timed tests, points and a live leaderboard. People log in to compete and learn along the way. Nothing to install: any browser, phone or desktop.
Same syllabus. Different attitude.
A regular course gets abandoned. A championship gets finished.
Ponte a Prueba takes your content and wraps it in a competition, with a scoreboard, a team and visible progress.
From your PDFs to a training championship in three steps.
Upload your material
PDFs, text documents and images. AI generates the tests from your own content; you fine-tune timing, points and pass marks.
Open the championship
Pick a themed world, drag players into teams and send email invitations. Open registration or invite-only.
Measure what happens
Who logs in, who passes, which question everyone gets wrong and how long each document is studied. Export to Excel and PDF.
You bring the material. AI writes the tests.
What stops companies from launching gamified training is rarely the budget: it is that somebody has to sit down and write two hundred questions. That job is gone.
Upload what you already have
PDFs, text documents and images — up to five per generation. Nothing needs to be prepared separately: the same material your team already works with is enough. You can also mark documents as hidden: they feed the AI when it writes the questions, but players never see them.
Set the rules
You decide how many questions — up to thirty per generation — which types, how many points, how much time and what pass mark. This is not a “generate and pray” button: it is a generation engine that follows your parameters.
Review and publish
Questions come back written in real time, based on your content rather than generic theory. You edit, discard or add, and publish when you are happy with them.
The final word is always human. Nothing goes live until someone approves it — essential when the content is clinical, regulatory or compliance related. AI removes the mechanical work, not the responsibility.
The platform lives inside the European Union. Users, materials and results are hosted on our own servers in the EU, with no third-party SaaS platform involved. The questions themselves are written by an OpenAI model through its API: whatever you send to be generated passes through that provider, with the access key always on the server and never in the browser. Worth knowing and worth asking about — almost every platform on the market works the same way and few say so.
Two sides of the same track.
For players
- Tests with a thrill: time per question, points per correct answer, live leaderboards.
- 6 question types: single answer, true/false, multiple answer, match the pairs, image and word, drag to order.
- Your character: build an avatar trait by trait or generate one with AI from your photo, and use a nickname if you prefer.
- Study area: your material inside the game, searchable; reading and watching also earn XP.
For trainers
- Dedicated back office, separate from the player app, with roles and permissions per section and championship.
- AI test builder: generates questions from your material in minutes.
- Rules your way: dates, timing, points, penalties, pass mark, attempts and a review mode that stays out of the rankings.
- Configurable leaderboards: public, “top 3 + you” or hidden. Teams score by average, so headcount gives no advantage.
- Full analytics: usage per content item and accuracy per question, option by option. Excel and PDF export.
Progress is what hooks them.
Beyond the points of each championship, every player builds a global progression: XP for playing and studying, 100 levels, daily streaks and a collection of more than 30 medals from bronze to platinum.

Same engine, different world.
Each championship picks its setting: backgrounds and vocabulary change, the mechanics stay identical. One person can join several championships and switch between them, keeping their avatar and level.
Default
F1
Track, paddock and chequered flag for the competitive spirit.
Hospital
For healthcare and pharma teams: protocol, product and clinical practice.
Gym
For club challenges, health and team habits.
School of Magic
For younger audiences or house-based programmes.
Always with your brand: logo, corporate colour and your own vocabulary in any world — or an exclusive visual world built specifically for your company.
One licence for your whole company.
Unlimited championships across all your areas: sales, compliance, onboarding, product… Pick a duration and a size; everything else is included.
Budget should not decide who gets trained.
Most platforms charge per active user or per campaign. It sounds reasonable until you live with it: every person you add and every new championship pushes the invoice up, so you end up training part of the team, once a year. Cost ends up deciding who learns.
- Every person you add raises the invoice.
- Every new championship is quoted separately.
- You pick who to leave out to keep costs down.
- The better it works, the more it costs.
- Fixed price per size tier and period.
- Unlimited championships, across every department.
- You train whoever needs it, not whoever fits.
- The more you use it, the better the deal.
Sales, compliance, onboarding and product — same year, same price. No budget approval every single time.

Frequently asked questions
What is gamified training?
It means applying game mechanics — points, teams, leaderboards, medals — to corporate training. The content stays the same; the motivation changes: instead of completing a course out of obligation, your team competes to master it. The result is higher participation, better retention and real knowledge data.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, on mobile or desktop, with nothing to download. That matters more than it seems: it works on managed corporate devices, where approving a new app can take weeks, and at congresses or trade fairs, where nobody installs anything. A link or a QR code and you’re in.
How long does it take to launch a championship?
With the material ready, days. The process: you upload your documents, the AI generates the tests, you review and approve them, set up the teams and email invitations go out. The slow part of traditional training — writing hundreds of questions — is done by the AI; you just control it. And if you’d rather not set it up yourself, managed onboarding is available: our team leaves it up and running.
How does the AI generate the tests?
You upload up to five documents per generation — PDF, text or images — and the AI writes up to thirty questions from that specific content, not from generic theory. Before generating you set the number of questions, the types, the points, the time per question and the pass mark. No question goes live on its own: everything passes human review and approval, which makes it suitable for clinical, regulatory or compliance content. Video can be published as study material, but the generator does not read it.
What happens to our documents and our data?
Users, materials and results are hosted on our own servers in the European Union, with no third-party SaaS platforms involved. Question and avatar generation runs against the OpenAI API with the key always on the server: material sent for generation passes through that provider, and we say so openly. Documents can be marked as hidden, so they feed the generator without any participant ever seeing them.
Can we use our own brand?
Yes, on three levels. Every championship supports your logo, corporate colour and vocabulary. On top of that you choose one of the four themed worlds: Formula 1, Hospital, Gym or School of Magic. And if you want to go further, there is the exclusive visual world: an environment designed specifically for your company or campaign.
Who sees the leaderboard?
You decide per championship: public, “top 3 plus your position” — each person sees the leaders and where they stand, without exposing the bottom — or hidden. There are individual and team rankings, and teams score by average, so having more members gives no advantage.
Can people cheat by repeating tests?
It gets them nowhere. Each document has an experience cap: repeating a test on a loop stops earning points, so the ranking rewards knowing, not grinding. Add to that the time per question, configurable attempts and whatever penalty for wrong answers you decide.
Do players start from zero in every championship?
No. Competition resets with each championship so everyone has a chance, but personal progression persists: experience, one hundred levels, streaks and thirty medals in four metals follow each person from one championship to the next. Consistency leaves a mark, and that changes long-term motivation.
Is uploading a photo required for the avatar?
No. Avatars can be built trait by trait, with the same result in the game. Uploading a photo is optional and generates an illustrated AI avatar in a fixed style; that generation runs through the OpenAI API, and every participant is told so.
What if we don’t want the content to be downloadable?
Downloads are allowed or blocked per material. Participants can always study inside the platform: a study area with search and a practice mode that doesn’t score towards the ranking, so looking things up never hurts.
How do we measure results?
Participation, pass rates, study time per content and accuracy per question, option by option, exportable to Excel and PDF. The most useful number is usually accuracy per question: if most people miss the same one, that message isn’t landing — and you know before the market tells you.
Is the licence per championship or per active user?
Neither. It is a company licence, based on seats and duration — 3, 6 or 12 months — with unlimited championships for every area and team. No paying per campaign, and no arguing over what counts as an “active user”.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the tier — up to 20, 50, 150 or 150+ participants — and the duration. We work with tailored quotes, and we give you the ballpark figure in the first conversation, with no demo cycle in the way. Every plan includes everything: unlimited championships, the four worlds, AI generation, the back office and the reports.
What happens if we outgrow our seats?
The system warns you before you reach the limit. When you do, nobody is kicked out and no running championship stops: new sign-ups simply pause until you expand. Expansion is a one-off top-up or a prorated tier change — never paying for the full tier again.
Does it work for pharma and healthcare?
Yes: Ponte a Prueba was born training sales forces in the pharmaceutical industry, one of the most demanding sectors in compliance and product knowledge. It is used for product launches, scientific training, med rep visits and onboarding — and works just as well in any other sector.
